The AlcoHAWK® PT500 breathalzyer is the newest and most accurate AlcoHAWK breathalyzer model available. It incorporates new PT Core™ fuel-cell sensor technology to help eliminate false positives and offer enhanced linear accuracy over traditional semi-conductor sensors. The simple menu-driven operation allows you to quickly and accurately screen for the presence of alcohol up to 0.400% BAC.

This makes the AlcoHAWK PT500 ideal for accurate and reliable testing of a variety of individuals. The AlcoHAWK PT500's blowing time is adjustable from 3 to 8 seconds. Temperature Display: The AlcoHAWK PT500 constantly displays the ambient temperature during use to help you operate the unit during its optimal temperature range of 50° - 104° F (10° - 40° C). Warning Level Indicator: The AlcoHAWK PT500 features an audible and visual warning when a subject's BAC surpasses the adjustable BAC alarm point. Pressure Scan Sensor: Ensures that the user blows with enough force to start a test and also ensures that they continue to blow through the unit throughout the entire test. 1 - Used voluntarily, do not use if court-mandated.

2 - Most Police Departments will have the equipment to recalibrate Fuel Cell Breathalyzers. You may also download the Breathalyzer Recalibration Manual and do it yourself.

3 - The AlcoMate Premium (AL7000), AlcoMate Prestige (AL6000) , AlcoScan AL-3100 and AlcoScan AL-3500 breathalyzers does not require a recalibration service. Simply replace the sensor module every 500 uses.

4 - The AlcoTector breathalyzer has the greatest accuracy of all our breathalyzers. Fuel Cell technology can detect Ketones in a diabetic, and alcohol based mouthwash, and will NOT increase the BAC. So a person can NOT use either of these two excuses when tested with an AlcoTector

7 - The AlcoScan AL-3500 breathalyzer does not require mouthpieces, but you are required to use a plastic straw to blow into the machine. 200 will be shipped with the unit. Any standard plastic straw will work when the provided 200 are used up.
