Installation Policy:

The manufacturing department will ship your XT Interlock unit to the DSDI (Draeger Safety Driver Interlock) service provider you’ve selected with Test Medical. The service provider will then contact you and agree on a date/time to complete the installation of the Draeger/Drager Car Breathalyzer. You will have to pay an installation fee of $50 - $150 at the time of installation. This installation process MUST be completed within 20 days.  You must call Test Medical to cancel your order.

Return Policy:
There is a 25% restocking fee from Test Medical that will be assessed on any cancelled Draeger Interlock XT unit that is returned within 45 days of purchase date.  All units being returned MUST obtain an RMA# (Return Material Authorization) number in order to return unit.  RMA# is only good for 7 days from date issued.  (RMA# voids after the 7th day.) Draeger will not accept unit after 7th day.  Unit will be shipped back to client @ their expense.  If unit is damaged / or used it will be shipped back to customer @ their expense.  If Draeger receives a unit without an RMA#, unit will not be accepted and Draeger will re-ship unit back to client at their expense.  All units being returned must be in new condition, not installed and/or used. If the unit is used or returned after 45 days Test Medical will not issue a credit.
